1. Order Cancellation Window
Orders can only be cancelled if the request is made before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Refund & Return Policy.
2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Eligible Cancellations
You may cancel your order if:
- The order has not yet been processed
- The order has not been shipped
- The payment has been successfully verified
4. Non-Cancellable Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- They have already been shipped
- They are out for delivery
- They have been delivered
In such cases, you may initiate a return after receiving the item.
5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
6. Processing Time
We process cancellation requests as quickly as possible. However, if your order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may not be possible.
